Almond Cake

 

ALMOND CAKE

 

 

 

INGREDIENTS

 

 

 

  • 250 g. ground almonds.
  • 50 g. sugar.
  • 5 large eggs.
  • The zest of the skin of half of lemon.
  • 3 g. ground cinnamon.
  • 1 spoonful butter.
  • 1 round mold.

 

 

 

METHOD

 

 

 

  • Put to heat the oven to 175ºc.
  • Put in a bowl the sugar, ground almonds, ground cinnamon and zest lemon
  • Mix everything very well
  • Mold eggs one by one
  • Mix again.
  • Spread butter on the mold.
  • Pour the mixture into to mold.
  • Put the mold in the oven for 50 minutes.
  • Take it out of the oven when it is golden.
  • Let it cool.
  • Sprinkle the powdered sugar on top with the help of or colander.
  • Ready to eat.
