Christmas cookies


 Butter lurpak with salt 274 g.

Sugar glacé 300 g.

Two eggs

A teaspoon of vanilla (essence, extract)

Cocoa 75 g.

Flour 474 g.

 Method or preparation of Christmas cookies.


1) Cut the butter into cubes 1x1 cm and let it temper.

2) Beat the butter, add the sugar glacé, toss an egg, beat and the other, then add the vanilla and cocoa and mix well.

3) Then add the flour in 3 times.

4) Knead with your hands for about 3-5 minutes.

5) Stretch the dough in 1 sheet of baking paper. You have to leave one more than half a centimeter thick.

6) Place it on a tray, well stretched and store it in a refrigerator for 2 hours.

7) Heat the oven to 180 degrees, prepare a baking tray with a sheet of vegetable paper.

8) Take the dough out of the fridge and cut the cookies the way you prefer and put them on the cookie sheet.

9) Bake for about 8-10 minutes.

10) Remove from the oven and let stand for 5-10 minutes.
